Data Deletion Instructions

Users may remove individual content, disconnect authorized social accounts, or request deletion of their AI Automation Platform account and associated personal data.

Delete Content Or Disconnect A Platform

   Sign in and delete unwanted drafts, generated media, or publishing tasks from the relevant workspace view.

   Open connected accounts, remove the TikTok, YouTube, or other platform account, and confirm the action.

   For immediate token invalidation, also revoke the application from the security settings of the original social platform.

Request Account Deletion

Contact the service administrator through the support channel supplied with your account. Include the registered email address and state that you request account deletion. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, AI API keys, or other secrets. Identity confirmation may be required before the request is completed.

What The Request Covers

After verification, the service will delete or de-identify the platform profile, stored credentials, drafts, generated assets, and account-linked configuration, except for limited security, abuse-prevention, or transaction records that must be retained for legitimate or legal purposes.

Third-Party Data

Removing data here does not delete a TikTok or YouTube account and does not automatically remove content already published on those services. Delete published content and revoke authorization directly on the relevant third-party platform when required.
