Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 2026-07-20
AI Automation Platform helps creators and content teams generate, review, and publish original social content. This policy explains the information processed when you use the website, connect an account, configure an AI provider, or submit a publishing task.
Information We Process
- Account details such as email address, display name, language, role, and workspace membership.
- Encrypted password hashes and one-time human-verification challenge results.
- OAuth account identifiers, creator profile details, authorization scopes, access tokens, and refresh tokens for connected platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
- Prompts, drafts, uploaded media, generated images or videos, captions, hashtags, visibility choices, interaction settings, and content disclosures.
- AI provider configuration supplied by the user, task status, provider responses, error details, and cost metadata.
- Security, publishing, and audit records including operator, account, content, time, and platform result.
How Information Is Used
We use this information to authenticate users, generate requested content, store and organize drafts, display connected creator accounts, submit content after explicit user confirmation, query publishing status, enforce frequency controls, and diagnose failures.
Third-Party Services
When you request generation or publishing, the minimum necessary prompt, media, metadata, or authorization data is sent to the AI provider, object storage service, or social platform API you selected. TikTok and YouTube process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data or use connected accounts for advertising profiles.
Credentials And Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Social access tokens and user-supplied AI credentials are handled by server-side services and are not embedded in browser code or public source. HTTPS, access controls, rate limits, and audit records protect the service and its users.
Your Choices
You may disconnect a social account to stop future use, revoke authorization from the original platform, delete individual drafts or media, and request deletion of your platform account and associated personal data. Some security or transaction records may be retained when required to prevent abuse or comply with applicable obligations.
Requests
Follow the published Data Deletion Instructions while signed out or contact the service administrator through the support channel provided with your account. Requests should identify the account email and the data or connected platform involved.
